Log into your Splash Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack With Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
